What we mean
Wealth management isn't a different name for managing investments. It's the work of looking at everything you own and owe as a single situation, and making sure the parts work together. Most clients have built their wealth across separate accounts, with separate advice, given by separate people. Our job is to bring it back into one plan.
01
Super
How your retirement is funded, structured, and taxed. The largest single asset for most clients, and the one with the most rules.
02
Investments
What you own outside super. The portfolio, the strategy behind it, and how it sits alongside everything else.
03
Insurance
Life, income, trauma, TPD. What's appropriate, what's missing, and what's costing you more than it should.
04
Tax structures
Trusts, companies, ownership structures. What you hold things in, and whether those structures still suit you.
05
Estate
Wills, beneficiaries, powers of attorney. The arrangements that decide what happens to everything else.
The engagement
The first meeting is free, with no paperwork and no obligation. We use it to understand your situation, answer your questions, and work out whether we're the right firm for you. If we are, the work usually moves through four phases. If you only need help with one specific question, it can be a single piece of advice instead.
You'll work with the same adviser through every phase. There are no separate sales, advice, or service teams to hand you off between.
01
Discover
Your full position, in your own words. As many conversations as it takes.
02
Design
A written strategy you can read once and understand. Decisions explained, not asserted.
03
Implement
Structures and accounts moved into place. Coordinated with your accountant or lawyer where relevant.
04
Review
Annually, and any time something material changes. Decisions documented each time.
How the parts connect
Each domain of your wealth affects the others. A change in one usually means a change is needed in another. The diagram below shows those connections. Select a domain to see what it touches.
General illustration only. Not personal financial advice. The coordination shown is conceptual; the strategy that applies to your situation is determined through advice.
Wealth is rarely lost to a bad decision. It erodes through good ones made in isolation.
Get in touch
Bring us the full picture, and we'll show you what coordinating it looks like.
If you have been managing your super through one provider, your investments through another, your insurance through a broker, and your structures through your accountant, the introductory conversation will show you what coordinating those decisions actually changes. If working together feels right, we'll outline next steps in writing before anything begins.
